What PDGF is and why it matters
Your body uses growth factors to coordinate tissue repair. When skin is injured (by microneedling, lasers, or daily life), platelets release a cocktail of signaling proteins that tell nearby cells to rebuild. PDGF is one of the most important of those signals. It recruits fibroblasts to the injury site, triggers new collagen synthesis, and supports new blood vessel formation.
Ariessence is a standardized, sterile PDGF serum. Unlike PRP and PRF, which require drawing your own blood and centrifuging it for each session, Ariessence is a shelf-stable bioengineered product. That means consistent concentration every treatment, no blood draw, and no processing variability.
Because it is a topical growth factor (not an injectable), it layers cleanly with other procedures without adding significant downtime.

Ariessence is an amplifier. We pair it with procedures that create micro-channels or wound-healing signals so the PDGF can act where it is needed.
With microneedling
The most common application. PDGF is applied topically during and after the microneedling session. Micro-channels allow growth factors to penetrate deeply. Excellent for acne scarring and fine lines.

Treatment
Standard protocol of the paired procedure plus Ariessence applied topically. 30 to 75 minutes total depending on the pairing.
Recovery
Pinkness for 24 hours; gentle skincare and SPF 50 for 7 days. No injection downtime.
Series and maintenance
3 to 4 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart for the initial series. Maintenance every 6 months.
