Injectables
Everything delivered via syringe: tox treatments to relax dynamic wrinkles, hyaluronic acid fillers to restore volume and shape, biostimulators to rebuild collagen over months, and skin boosters to hydrate and improve skin quality.

Our Services
The full menu of medical spa services at La Miel Aesthetics in North Raleigh is organized into three families: injectables, skin and laser, and wellness and body. Each family contains specific treatments that solve specific problems, and most successful patient plans combine two or three services in a coordinated sequence.
How this page works
If you know what you want, click into the service. Every service page covers what it is, who it is for, what results look like, and how we do it at La Miel.
If you know the concern but not the treatment, start in What We Treat. Concern pages explain which treatments address which problems.
If you are genuinely starting from scratch, book a consultation. Most new patients do exactly this. A 20-to-30-minute visit maps a plan that typically combines multiple services in a sequence that fits your timeline and budget.
Three service families
Everything delivered via syringe: tox treatments to relax dynamic wrinkles, hyaluronic acid fillers to restore volume and shape, biostimulators to rebuild collagen over months, and skin boosters to hydrate and improve skin quality.
Non-injectable skin treatments: medical-grade facials, DiamondGlow dermal infusion, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments across wavelengths for all Fitzpatrick skin types.
Body and systemic health services: medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, and IV hydration and vitamin therapy directed by Dr. Susan Lovelle, MD.
A consultation tells us what your skin needs. It takes under an hour.
Most booked
A snapshot of the treatments our patients book most often. The right plan for you may combine two or three of these in a coordinated sequence.
How we work
We do not treat menus; we treat people. That means we decline treatments that are not right for a given patient, we push back when someone asks for something that would look overdone, and we would rather underbook and deliver perfectly than rush.
Every plan is physician-supervised (Dr. Susan Lovelle, MD) and built to serve long-term skin health rather than quick fixes.
