IV Hydration & Wellness

IV vitamins, mapped to your goals.

IV vitamins in Raleigh NC delivered by a registered nurse under physician supervision. At La Miel Aesthetics, we run a curated IV menu (Myers cocktail, NAD+, glutathione, high-dose vitamin C, B-complex, magnesium) and customize blends based on what you actually need: energy, recovery, immune support, skin glow, or peri-event prep. Every IV is physician-overseen with a brief medical screen before each infusion.

What this is

What IV vitamins actually deliver

Oral vitamins are limited by gut absorption: only a fraction of what you swallow reaches the bloodstream. IV infusion bypasses the GI tract entirely, delivering vitamins, electrolytes, and amino acids directly into circulation. The result is faster onset, higher peak levels, and predictable dosing that does not depend on digestive variability.

IV vitamin therapy is not a cure-all. We use it as a targeted tool for specific situations: dehydration recovery, peri-event energy and glow, supportive care during high-demand training or work cycles, immune boost during travel or illness, and cumulative protocols like NAD+ for cellular energy and mitochondrial support.

Every patient gets a brief medical screen before each infusion. We rule out kidney disease, fluid-overload risk, and contraindications to specific vitamins (high-dose vitamin C and G6PD deficiency, for example).

Our IV menu

Each blend is customized after a short consultation. The list below is our most-used core menu.

  • Myers Cocktail

The classic IV vitamin blend: vitamin C, B-complex, B12, calcium, and magnesium. General wellness, hydration, immune boost. 30 to 45 minute infusion.

Suited for: New patients, general wellness, immune support during stressful seasons.

  • NAD+ infusion

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide for cellular energy and mitochondrial support. Often run as a series of 4 to 8 infusions for cumulative effect. Longer infusion (90 minutes or more) due to dosing requirements.

Suited for: Patients seeking energy, mental clarity, recovery support.

  • Glutathione

Master antioxidant. Often added to Myers or run as a standalone push. Skin glow, detoxification, and recovery support.

Suited for: Skin glow, post-illness recovery, peri-event prep.

  • High-dose vitamin C

Concentrated vitamin C infusion for immune support and antioxidant boost. We screen for G6PD deficiency before high-dose protocols.

Suited for: Immune challenges, post-illness recovery.

  • Hydration drip

Saline plus electrolytes (B-complex optional). Recovery from dehydration, post-workout, post-travel, or post-event.

Suited for: Acute dehydration, jet lag, post-event recovery.

  • Custom blends

B12 boost, magnesium drip, mineral support, or any combination informed by your needs. Adriana and our medical director design the plan.

Suited for: Patients with specific goals not covered by the standard menu.

What to expect

What to expect

  1. Pre-infusion screen

5 to 10 minute review: medications, conditions, prior infusion experience, current goals. We confirm the blend or adjust.

  2. IV placement

RN places a peripheral IV, typically in the forearm. Minor pinch.

  3. Infusion

30 minutes (Myers, hydration) to 90+ minutes (NAD+). You relax in a private suite, can use your laptop or phone.

  4. After

No downtime. Most patients return to normal activity immediately. Some report subjective energy or clarity within hours.

Pricing

A note on pricing

IV pricing varies by blend and duration. Standard Myers and hydration drips are priced as a single-session menu item. NAD+ and high-dose protocols are typically priced as packages because they work best in a series. Custom blends are quoted at consultation.
