GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide act on hormones involved in appetite and blood sugar. They are prescription medications and are used only after medical screening.

What to know about medical weight loss results
Our program combines GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide or tirzepatide) with body composition monitoring, protein-forward nutrition guidance, and a taper plan built in from day one. Medication is dispensed only after physician screening and is increased gradually over 4 to 5 months to reach a therapeutic dose.
Individual response varies. Results require ongoing treatment, and stopping the medication generally causes weight regain, which is why the plan includes a structured taper.
