Why treat the chin and jawline?
A chin that sits back can make the nose look larger and the profile less defined. Along the jaw, lost volume and loosening skin soften the line between the face and the neck.
How we shape the chin and jawline
Firm hyaluronic acid filler is placed at the chin to add projection and along the jawline to restore a clean edge. Both are planned against the nose and lips so the profile looks balanced, not changed.

Typical for hyaluronic acid filler. How long it lasts depends on the product and the area.
Day 0
Treatment
15 to 60 minutes depending on the areas, with topical numbing first. You see the change right away.
Day 1 to 5
Swelling settles
Swelling for 1 to 5 days, longer in the lips, and bruising is possible. Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours.
Week 2
Final look
Swelling is gone and the result has settled. This is the result to judge.
Months later
