Why treat the upper face together?
The forehead, the brows, and the eyes work as one group: the muscles that lift the brows and the ones that pull them down balance each other. Treating only one area can leave the others working harder.
Treating them as a set keeps your expression even, with brows that sit naturally and a forehead that still moves.
How we treat the full upper face
At one visit, the injector maps how your forehead, frown muscles, and the muscles around your eyes move, then doses each area in proportion to the others. The result is softer lines with natural movement, never a frozen look.
Your Botox timeline
Typical for Botox. Dysport works a little faster and Daxxify lasts longer; see the comparison below.
Day 0
Treatment
A few small injections. Avoid lying flat for 4 hours and skip strenuous exercise and facials for 24 hours.
Day 4 to 7
First softening
The treated muscles start to relax and the lines begin to soften.
Week 2
Full effect
The peak effect arrives. This is when we check in and adjust with a small top-up if needed.
Months 3 to 4
Time to retreat
Results last 3 to 4 months on average. Most patients maintain with 3 to 4 treatments per year.

Common questions
Full Upper Face: common questions
For many patients, yes. The muscles of the forehead, brows, and eyes balance each other, so treating them together tends to look more natural than treating one area alone.
